Manuel Lozano, is President and CEO of Hispania Accent, Hispanic Online marketing agency he founded in 2005.

After working for AC Nielsen, IBM Canada Ltd. and Seagram Ltd., Lozano co-founded Lizzardi Promotions in 1994, marketing services and sales promotion agency that grew during the 1990’s and 2000’s with costume made sales promotions to blue chip clients.

Manuel served as Marketing and Sales Director, steering the Company to constant innovation in open, customer service and measurable results for his clients.

During this time, Manuel and his partner grew the start-up agency to a leading provider of marketing services with over 50 employees, all while positioning the Company as the model of marketing services integrity. In 1999, 70% of their agency was sold to EURO RSCG (HAVAS Advertising), creating one of the most notable sales promotion and marketing services companies.

Working with EURO RSCG gave Manuel the international exposure that was required to visualize growth and expansion to international clients and markets. As part of Euro RSCG network, Manuel performed strategy, marketing and sales tasks internationally that involved working in Europe, North America and Latin America for several clients.

Manuel’s vision and business acumen made him create Hispania Accent – Hispanic Marketing Agency – in 2005 while involved to transportation – advertising project with international partners in Southern California.

His leadership has enabled to grow the agency, to leverage market opportunities in good economies and bad, and to claim the leadership mantle as one of the best marketing solutions for companies that try to understand and approach Hispanic Marketing in the US and Latin America.

His tenacity and willingness to address tough issues and decisions regarding the agency and other businesses has earned him respect and admiration from family, friends, clients and colleagues. In 2008, Lozano decided to close down one of his most important personal projects due to economic downturn, which represented an important setback.

Manuel is always fighting for openness and new opportunities. In his ongoing role as CEO of Hispania Accent, Manuel continues to put his leadership and vision to work for his clients. He is a strong advocate for open and competitive business practices, flat world solutions and is furthering his commitment to education, working with current technologies that provide better results and cost reduction for his clients.

Manuel has participated on different events as a keynote speaker on “Hispanic Online Marketing Secrets” and is always open to add value on conferences where Hispanic marketing, multicultural marketing and Hispanic PR needs to be address.

Manuel graduated from La Salle University in 1989 with a BA in Business Economics. He was part of AIESEC marketing international program with York University in 1991 and Online Marketing Master with the University of San Francisco. He is an avid tennis player, loves nature and practices swimming. He is married and is the father of twin girls. He lives in San Diego, California
